M. Serhat Dinç received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Yıldız Technical University in 1998 and earned his MBA from Atılım University in 2010. He began his professional career in 1999 at the Undersecretariat for Defence Industries under the Ministry of National Defence. Between 2000 and 2008, Dinç served as a manager for various construction projects within Limak Holding and TAV Holding across Türkiye, the USA, Afghanistan, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. He successfully integrated this extensive international experience, gained across a wide geography, into the operational risk management and strategic planning processes of complex projects. Since 2008, he has been leading the end-to-end execution of energy investments within Limak Group companies with high efficiency and in compliance with international standards, playing an active role in driving operational improvements across operational power plants and implementing efficiency-oriented, sustainable operating models.
